Send Your Watch to Us – Hassle-Free Service

We know not everyone can visit during opening hours — that’s why we offer a convenient shipping kit service.

 Before sending your watch:

​

• Fill out the form below to request a FREE prepaid shipping kit

• In the message box, tell us:

  • What’s wrong with your watch

  • That you’d like a prepaid shipping pack

📬 When you receive your kit:

• Place your watch in the small bubble bag provided and any loose parts (do not include the watch box) and seal the top.

• Fold the bubble bag and put it in the black waterproof bag and seal it.​

• Stick on the pre-paid address label on the front of your package.  

• Take a photo and short video of yourself packing the watch​

• Keep a copy of the tracking reference for your records

📩 After we receive your watch:

• We’ll send you an email confirmation with your job reference and a short video of us unpacking your items.

• Allow 4-8 working days for a quote by phone.

• If the repair is over £150, a 30% deposit will be required

💬 If you don’t proceed with the repair:

• Return postage + handling fee will apply:

  • Non-chronograph: £10

  • Chronograph: £20

• Return postage + packaging: £20 + VAT, insured up to £15,000

• If we can’t repair your watch due to unavailable parts or the watch is broken beyond repare return is free.​
